Dario first served as Griselda’s bodyguard, but once they got to know one another, they married and had a son named Michael Corleone Blanco.

In Griselda episode 105, Sofia Vergara plays Griselda, and Alberto Guerra plays Dario. Amidst the upheaval, Griselda Blanco led an intriguing life of crime and encountered some notable figures.

Among them were her three husbands, who met their demise at the hands of the self-proclaimed “Godmother of Cocaine.”

Dario Sepulveda death and its aftermath

In 1978, Dario Sepúlveda and Griselda Blanco tied the knot. Dario was the third of Griselda’s three husbands. In the Netflix series, he was shown to be devoted, watchful, and devoted to Griselda and her job.

He was her bodyguard in the beginning before their connection turned amorous. Dario would sacrifice anything for Griselda while they were together.

Vergara highlighted her intention to depict Blanco as a multifaceted individual who held dual roles as a matriarch within her family and a cartel member. The show delves into the times in Griselda’s life that served as the impetus for many of her deeds.

When Darío Sepulveda returned to Colombia in 1983, he was shot and died. Griselda Blanco allegedly hired assassins to kill her third husband. With their son Michael Corleone Blanco in the car, the assassins fired shots at Sepulveda while posing as police officers.

Nevertheless, because of her suspected husband’s killings, the vicious drug cartel boss went by the moniker “The Black Widow.” She killed both her second husband, drug dealer Alberto Bravo, and her previous husband, Carlos Trujillo, with whom she had three sons.
